Medicare Part D Notice
Since PRG provides prescription drug coverage, it’s important to know whether the plan meets Medicare Part D standards. Each year, we update information about whether your coverage is considered "creditable" (as good as Medicare Part D) or "non-creditable." This applies to anyone eligible for Medicare Part D, including active employees, disabled employees, COBRA participants, and retirees. Updated disclosure notices will be posted here annually before October 15th, so be sure to check back for the latest information.
Annual Notices
At PRG Real Estate Management, we want to ensure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions for yourself and your family. As required by law, we provide notices outlining certain legal rights you may have and the legal obligations that apply to PRG Real Estate Management. You can find detailed information about these rights and obligations in the notices below.
Summary Annual Report (SAR)
The Summary Annual Report (SAR) is a short document that gives you an easy-to-understand overview of the financial and administrative details of your retirement or welfare benefit plan. It’s required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) to help keep you informed.
The SAR highlights key information from the annual Form 5500 filing, which is submitted to the Department of Labor (DOL). It’s designed to give you a clear picture of your plan’s financial status, including contributions, expenses, and investment performance.
Transparency in Coverage (TRC)
The TRC requires all health plans and sponsors to make in-network and out-of-network files readily available to all members. You can find these files in the documents and resources tab. To access these files, click here.
