Medical Benefits

PRG offers two medical plans through Independence Administrators (IA). Both plans offer coverage for both In-Network and Out-of-Network providers, but keep in mind – you will save money if you choose to go to In-Network providers.
You are not required to select a Primary Care Physician and receive referrals for specialist care in either of the plan options. ​
Teladoc Telemedicine
If you are enrolled in either medical plan at PRG, you and your dependents can access Teladoc 24/7, 365 for a variety of health needs. Teladoc is a virtual care solution with U.S. board-certified doctors that provides convenient and affordable care through virtual phone or video visit, giving you the ability to skip the doctor’s office and get seen wherever you are.
Teladoc is available for non-urgent health issues such as:

Telebehavioral Health Services
Through Teladoc, you also have access to Telebehavioral Health services. With Telebehavioral Health, speak with a licensed therapist to help you with a broad range of mental health needs – all done virtually.
Referrals and appointments are not required. To get started, call 855-835-2362, download the Teladoc mobile app or register for an account at member.teladoc.com.

Wellness Program
Take advantage of PRG’s wellness program for the chance to save $5 per pay off your medical benefits beginning January 1, 2027!
To be eligible, you must complete your annual Preventive Care Visit with your Primary Care doctor anytime between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 . You do not need to wait a full calendar year from your last preventive care visit.
