PRG offers two vision plan options through National Vision Administrators (NVA) for you and your eligible dependents, including dependent children up to age 26.

Employees are responsible for the full cost of vision coverage. In-network benefits apply when services are received from NVA National network providers, while out-of-network coverage is limited to specific allowances and may result in higher out-of-pocket costs.
