Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays
Paid Time Off
Regular full-time employees are eligible to receive paid time off which is accrued monthly and determined on a calendar year basis. PTO can be used for vacation, illness, doctor's appointments, or personal time. Accrual is determined by years of service, with increases effective the pay period following your service anniversary.
Holidays
PRG recognizes up to 13.5 designated holidays (11.5 company-recognized and up to 2 floating holidays) each calendar year for benefit eligible employees. The number of and the particular holidays recognized may differ from year-to-year.
